Vacation Bible School or VBS is a popular choice for parents looking to keep their children busy throughout the summer. You can send them for a low price and they can enjoy plenty of great fun. The best park, some of the VBS programs are actually free or only ask for an optional fee.
If you're looking for a great VBS program for your children this year, you've come to the right place. Here's a look at some of the top choices still going on the rest of the summer in San Antonio.
St. David's Episcopal - 1300 Wiltshire Avenue
From 8:30am to 12pm, you can have your two-year-old to fifth grader enjoying plenty of fun. The theme this year at St. David's Episcopal is Shipwrecked. The cost is $35 for 2 and 3 year-olds and $24 for 4 years and older for the first two children. The third child in the same family is just $10.

From 9am to 12pm, Children that have finished kindergarten up to 5th grade can enjoy VBS with the Shipwrecked theme. This is a free program.

Trinity Baptist - 319 East Mulberry
Another VBS program from 9am to 12pm, this option offers a good choice for children ages two to 6th grade. The theme has yet to be announced and this is a free program.

Community Bible Church - 2477 North Loop 1604 East
From 9am to 12pm, your children can enjoy a great VBS program with the Under the Sea theme. This BBS program is for Completed Kinder to 5th grade and the cost is just $10 per child.

River City Community Church - 16765 Lookout Road in Selma
From 6:30pm to 9pm, your children can enjoy another VBS program with the Shipwrecked theme. This program is for three years of age to 5th grade and it's free.

Northside Church of Christ - 19818 US Highway 281 North
From 9:30am to 12:30pm, children ages 3 to entering 5th grade can enjoy this VBS program. It also has the theme of Shipwrecked and it's free.
Dates: July 30th to August 2nd
Oxford UMC - 9655 Huebner Road
From 5:30pm to 8:30pm, elementary aged children can enjoy this fun VBS program. It has the Hero Central theme and the cost is $15 per child and $5 for adults.
