Perry’s Restaurants announces new modern Mexican steakhouse concept, VERDAD

VERDAD True Modern Mexican will be joining its wildly popular sister concept, CARVE American Grille, at The Grove in Central Austin in late summer 2023.

VERDAD, translating to “truth,” will create an elevated Mexican steakhouse experience by mixing traditional dishes with modernized cooking, offering an explorative dining experience in a beautiful atmosphere. This large 10,300+ sq ft restaurant will feature 2 patios, expansive bar + tequila tasting table, and interior design inspired by Mayan, Aztec, and Spanish culture.
