The neighborhood was developed in the late 1990s by a company called Morrison Homes along with DR Hortons homes. It’s a smaller neighborhood taking up only 37 acres of Northwest Austin, featuring few homes due to the larger lot sizes for each family here.
The larger lots have made this a popular choice to live for those seeking luxury living, with the endless opportunities to create and expand luxury outdoor living space without risking getting too close to a neighbor’s lot.

You can find the Estates of Brentwood located just west of 620 off of Anderson Mill Road. You simply head towards Centennial Trail and make your way south after reaching Anderson Mill Road. Families are in close proximity to excellent schools offered through the Round Rock ISD, including Spicewood Elementary and Canyon Vista Middle School, both ranked 10/10, and Westwood High with an 8/10 rating. The neighborhood is nearby to familiar communities such as Spicewood at Bullcreek, Anderson Mill, Canyon Creek, and Deerbrook Village.
