Master-Planned Communities Found Throughout the Austin Area

With Austin becoming a hot bed for growth and new residents, many master-planned communities have become a part of the area. These are some of the best communities for home buyers seeking a suburban feel with plenty of community amenities. Many feature new construction homes, as well.

Austin has many master-planned communities to choose from. Here's a look at some of the best you will find throughout the city.

Northwest Austin Master-Planned Communities

If you want to live in the northwestern area of Austin, Steiner Ranch is one of the best choices. This master-planned community will offer plenty for those seeking amenities and beautiful homes. With three amenity centers, three swimming pools, playgrounds, sports fields and more, you can't go wrong with Steiner Ranch. Other master-planned communities in Northwest Austin include:

Southwest Austin Master-Planned Communities

On the opposite side of Austin, there are many smaller, well-established neighborhoods. This section of the city doesn't have many master-planned communities, but there are still a few here. Circle C may be the most popular found here with four community pools nature trails, a water slide and so much more. Other master-planned communities in Southwest Austin include:

Southeast Austin Master-Planned Communities

With master-planned communities close to Downtown, this area of the city provides some of the newest options. It was slowly developed, but has taken off over the past few years. There are three choices here for master-planned communities:

  • Addison - New Construction

West Austin Master-Planned Communities
