The Austin real estate market continues to normalize and add new inventory to our market, giving buyers their power back. If you are thinking about buying, NOW is the time!


The average sales in Liberty Hill in Q3 (July-September 2022) price was $625,600. That is a 2.2% decrease compared to Q2 (April-June 2022). The median days on market was 17.  There were 180 closed sales in Q3. As of October 2nd, there were 390 active listings.
