Austinites Get Easy Access to Colorado Slopes this Winter

American Airlines recently announced they will begin the first non-stop service from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Eagle County Reginal Airport in Vail, Colorado starting December of 2022. This is one of 38 non-stop destinations their airline offers Austin residents.  

The flights to Vail, CO will begin daily from December 15^th-January 9^th, weekly from January 10^th-February 15^th , and back to daily again from February 16^th-April 3^rd.

“Austin continues to grow, and we’re proud to support the growth with new routes,” says Philippe Puech, American’s director of short-haul network planning. “This winter, American will offer nonstop service to 38 destinations from the Texas capital. From connecting Central Texans to the slopes this winter to bringing more business to the heart of Texas, American is eager to welcome customers aboard.”
