In 2018, Bailey’s listings had an average Days on Market (DOM) of 2 days, at an average of 99% of the full, original Sales Price. None of her listings on the MLS ever had a price reduction. Two of her listings sold prior to being listed on the open market and sold at their full sales price. 

Her achievements for 2018 also include: out-performing average DOM in the Garlic Creek community of Buda (Sold Full Price, 2 DOM), #1 highest sales price for a condo in Victoria Glen of Austin (Sold at $34,010 more than the second highest priced property with 4 DOM) , #1 in Price Per Square Foot at $191.20/SqFt for homes sized 1700-2100 SqFt sold in the Deer Creek/Highland Lakes Community of Dripping Springs, a new construction property in the same neighborhood was in the top 5 highest sales prices in the Deer Creek/Highland Lakes Community of Dripping Springs--The same listing obtained the second highest price in the community for a new construction home built in 2018.

Bailey has been blessed to call Austin home her whole life. Originally from Lakeway, Bailey grew up on beautiful Lake Travis before moving to a small ranch in Spicewood with her family. After attending Texas State University in San Marcos, where she studied Mass Communication and Communication Studies, she moved back to Austin to work for one of the nation's largest marketing companies, where she excelled as a high-level sales person and Team Lead. When an opportunity to pursue a career in real estate came her way, she knew she had to take it and run with it - And did she ever. Since beginning with real estate in 2016, Bailey has worked on over $31 million dollars worth of real estate transactions (and growing!). Her business spans from experienced and first-time home buyers, relocations, renovations and remodels, to investment properties. 
Bailey, and her work, has been featured in local publications Austin Way Magazine and HauteFindsATX. She is also a regular guest contributor on local Real Estate Radio with Jason Stubbs.

The daughter of a local custom home builder, Bailey was raised in the real estate business.
